What to do if you have been raped
1. Get to a safe place. Tell the first person that you trust about the incident. This may be difficult, but this person can support your story and back you up in court. Get their name and contact details.
6. Tell the police if you feel threatened by the rapist/s and ask that the rapist/s don't get released out on bail.
Remember you still have choices and can exercise your rights. You can take back your power to choose and there are people who can support you in doing that.
